Fiberglass filter cotton
Fiberglass paint barrier mesh, also commonly known as paint mist felt, floor cotton, or glass fiber filter cotton, is a commonly used filtration consumable in painting and spraying applications.
Fiberglass paint-blocking mesh is generally made from high-quality long glass fibers using a non-woven, gradually denser process. It is typically supplied in rolls, with fiber density gradually increasing from the inlet to the outlet. The standard model has a green inlet and a white outlet, allowing for color differentiation of the installation direction.
It possesses the following characteristics:
* **Excellent filtration performance:** Average paint mist separation efficiency ≥95%, capable of intercepting paint mist particles of different sizes in layers, large dust holding capacity, and low initial resistance;
* **Stable physical properties:** Temperature resistant up to 120°C-170°C, adaptable to 100% relative humidity environments, and meets flame-retardant standards; low compressibility, not easily deformed under airflow impact, maintaining a stable filter structure and longer service life;
* **Flexible specifications:**
Standard sizes are 1m x 20m and 2m x 20m, with common thicknesses of 50mm and 100mm. Custom sizes are also available.
Main Application:
It is primarily used for paint mist filtration and environmental purification.
Core applications include:
1. Floor exhaust filtration in automotive paint booths and dry painting booths, as well as paint mist capture at spray booths(It absorbs free paint mist particles generated during painting, preventing paint particles from clogging equipment and polluting the environment)
2. Coarse filtration of air intake in general air conditioning systems;
3. General air coarse dust filtration in industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, and foo(reducing pollution to the environment and products caused by painting operations)
