&Product Overview
This product generally uses synthetic fiber filter media, with a paper/galvanized/aluminum frame as the outer frame, and an aluminum mesh or stainless steel mesh to fix the filter media externally. It possesses the following characteristics:

(1) Filtration Performance: Primarily captures large particles of dust and debris larger than 10μm. Filtration efficiency meets EN 799 standard G2/G3/G4 levels, with a gravimetric efficiency between 84% and 90%. It features a large filtration area, low initial resistance, high dust holding capacity, and is economical and practical.

(2) Usage Parameters: It is recommended to replace the filter with one that has a final resistance of 200-250Pa. It can withstand a maximum airflow of 125% of the rated airflow, has a temperature resistance up to 100℃, and can withstand 100% relative humidity.

As a pre-filter for central air conditioning and ventilation systems, its application range is very wide:
Civil/Public Buildings: Central ventilation and air conditioning systems in large shopping malls, office buildings, hospitals, airports, and hotels, used for primary coarse dust filtration, while protecting downstream medium and high efficiency filters and extending the lifespan of the entire system. General Industrial Applications: Ventilation and purification in industrial plants such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food processing, automotive manufacturing, chemicals, steel, cement, petrochemicals, ceramics, and tobacco, serving as a pre-filter for cleanroom fresh air systems.

Special Industrial Scenarios: Ventilation pre-filtration in high-dust environments such as painting, sandblasting, shipbuilding, and power generation, intercepting large particulate pollutants and protecting downstream equipment.
