&&Basic Characteristics

Appearance and Structure: Typically a two-layered green and white design, with the green side being the air intake and the white side the air outlet. It employs an increasing fiber structure, with density gradually increasing along the airflow direction. The overall structure is fluffy and relatively thick, and the high porosity design ensures stable airflow. Dust holding capacity can reach 1-2 kg/m².

Material Performance: Made of high-strength continuous monofilament glass fiber, it possesses flame-retardant properties and can withstand temperatures up to 170°C, meeting the DIN4102F1 flame-retardant standard. It features high air permeability, low wind resistance, good compression performance, and maintains stable shape under wind pressure. Its paint mist particle capture efficiency can reach 85%-99.8%.

1. Core Application: Paint mist pretreatment in spray booths and coating production lines. It captures excess free paint particles during spray painting, intercepts fine paint mist not captured by the water curtain, prevents equipment from becoming contaminated with paint stains, reduces pollutants in exhaust gases, and protects subsequent treatment processes such as activated carbon adsorption from clogging. Widely used in dry spray painting processes in industries such as automotive manufacturing, furniture production, and mechanical parts processing.

**Customization Scope**

Finished Product Form: It can be customized as rolls, or cut into slices and then processed into finished panel filters using specified paper frames, aluminum frames, or metal frames.

Different filtration scenarios have different requirements for filtration accuracy and temperature resistance, which can also be customized accordingly:

Models with different filtration efficiencies can be customized based on the actual paint mist concentration and ventilation velocity, covering a filtration efficiency range of 92%-99.8%; some manufacturers also support the customization of special temperature resistance specifications, with standard products with a maximum resistance of 170℃, and special models capable of withstanding 300℃ high temperatures, suitable for special process scenarios such as heat recovery.
