Product Overview:

The panelless V-type high-volume air filter uses ultra-fine glass fiber filter media. Its V-shaped pleated design increases the filtration area, achieving high dust holding capacity and low resistance. Its compact structure makes it suitable for medium, high, and sub-high efficiency filtration levels, and it is widely used in cleanrooms, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, food processing, and other industries. Its working principle is based on inertial interception, diffusion, and sieving effects, effectively capturing particles larger than 0.3μm. Standard technical parameters include: rated air volume 500–2000 m³/h, filtration efficiency (MERV 14–16), initial resistance ≤80 Pa, final resistance ≤200 Pa, temperature resistance up to 80°C, and an aluminum alloy frame and environmentally friendly filter media.
