Both are typically used together to improve overall purification efficiency and system economy. Pre-filter media is mostly made of fiber cotton, graded G1-G4; medium-efficiency filter media commonly uses polyester fiber, graded F5-F9, offering higher filtration precision and durability. Features:
1. Made of chemical synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyamide, nylon, etc., it is made in a non-woven, multi-directional, and gradient needle-rolling method according to the thickness and density of the fiber line diameter. It has the characteristics of high air permeability, low pressure loss, and high dust collection capacity
2. Made of composite fibers with different melting points inside and outside, the joints between the fibers are firm, tightly combined, and not easy to fall off
3. No chemical adhesives are added, and hot-melt fibers are used to mix and stick the coarse and fine fibers together. It is not easy to ignite when encountering a fire source, and the flame retardant point meets the German industrial standard DIN53438F1
4. It can be washed and reused
